On the 7th of September, placed an order with them for pellets. Twelve tins of different types, when ordering they were all in stock. Two days later having not herd from them about shipping check there web sight to find out that some of the pellets were on back order. On the 10 of September checked web sight same thing, contacted them threw the website to find out that the order was being held up because of the back order and would ship when back order filled. I was just amazed by this that, the company's lack of communication with the buyer, I had to keep bothering them for answers. Check we sight on the 11th showed items shipped but no shipping details from them. On the 14th I sent another email threw there web sight and asked for shipping details as it should have been here by now or a refund, just received an email from them today the 15th stating that a refund has been sent to PayPal. Really and the items showed shipped on the 11th. I do not think I will ever order from this company again, there communication was very poor and customer service took for ever to get back to me, I should have just called them.
