Eddy,

20 foot-pounds is the maximum typically allowed. I think the targets (see targets on CAG website) I have can take up to 30 foot-pounds.
What caliber, pellet weight in grains and velocity in fps do you have?

You can go to the AAFTA website for more information about the specific rules.

Hope you are able to attend.

Eddy,

Both of your 22 rifles are over 33 foot pounds and would probably destroy the targets. You are welcome to borrow one of mine already setup to shoot field target.
If you had 13.4 grain pellets, it would have been better. Typical match is 60 shots for score. A scope made for range finding side focus with a wheel or AO is good to have.

Well I visited my first ft match today. WOW, what a nice group of folks. All willing to take the time to answer all my stupid question which I'm sure they have heard 100 times before.

Leo and John did an awesome job setting up a course. In the future if you get a chance to shoot a CT Airgunners event I'm sure you will enjoy it.

With my back injury I wasnt able to stay as long as I wished but judging by what I saw all the participants did very well.
