    LOL!
I’ve been waiting for day on the UPS guy to deliver my new scope. Got it mounted and leveled. Then, I head out to sight in and find this in my shooting lane!
Oh, the trials of living in the country! :)

And… Take your friends with you! Come back during hunting season.

tominco, those lovelies either have a VERY high opinion of your character, meaning there is no danger that you’ll just start popping off while they are in such a vulnerable position, or a VERY, VERY low opinion of your skills with any kind of gun.  Whichever you believe to be the case, live in the moment and thanks for sharing with us your encounter with G0D’s natural wonders.

I’d hope it’s the second, but think it’s the first. I always try to treat them nicely and not scare them off. That way, maybe they actually WILL stop by during hunting season. It’ll be a different story then. :)

Great Pictures!  Does the scope have the geared turret for dialing in different ranges?  What do you think?

    Thanks!

Yes it does. I had limited time to use it before going to work for 48hrs so, I’m still formulating my opinion on it.
So far, it’s clear and has nice fine lines. I do wish the reticle was just a bit larger. But… you can’t please everyone, right? :) I hope to post my thoughts on it sometime in the next week or two.

That is the way it goes lol.  I was plinking along tonight when a squirrel jumped up next to a empty tuna can.  Busted that tin squirrel might have anxiety now

You all best watch out for them deer ticks. Heaven help you if you get bit and contract Lyme disease or the Powassan virus, the latter fatal in 10% of the cases reported. While on the topic of deer ticks, this video takes the cake for most disgusting 100 yard shot ever. Not for the faint at heart..

Firefighter. It’s pretty common in firefighting to work 48hr shifts.
