Blackbirds

Not sure what you are calling a "blackbird", but in most parts of the country only starlings and english house sparrows are legal to kill. The rest are protected and could cause some legal issues for killing.

Sorry, natural instinct to assume some newbie American airgunner is killing protected birds.

Have you tried decoys? I would think audio could work as it works really well for crow hunting here.

I'm not sure where in Europe you live, fredeheerser.
In some countries in Europe you are not allowed to hunt with any type of airgun and many of the birds are protected as well.
It depends on where in Europe you live.
An exchange student go a hefty fine when he shot birds eating from a bird feeder in the UK.

Perhaps I am in the wrong place. This is my first post. Is there a forum here pertaining to high end bb machine guns? Thank's in advance.

Try starting a thread on the "General Airgunning" part of the forum if you're new and want general advice, otherwise I'd say try the "Springers, Pumpers, CO2 & Others" forum. Sounds pretty general to me, but note that most people on here focus on pellet guns not BB guns.

Still, you'll probably get some help if you start a new thread with a pertinent title to attract the attention of the right people. Posts buried in another thread like this are harder to get responses to.
