I recently placed an order with Opticsbestbuy.com I did so sort of blindly (with out checking up on their reputation). It has now been over a week since they have charged my card and sent an order #, with the order # I was told I would get a shipping conformation notice. I can't get ahold of anyone via phone or e-mail, despite multiple e mails and phone messages. when you look up their reviews on google it pretty much all bad news, I'm hoping I haven't been ripped off. I wouldn't recommend dealing with them. End rant.

Place a call to your credit card company ASAP and explain what is happening... they will do what is called a chargeback... credit your account and charge back the merchant account. Consumers have quite a bit of protection when making purchases with credit cards. Keep us posted.

I would agree with Saito. You can dispute the charges with your credit card and in most cases get your money back!
