Bench Rest-Whats your Preference? Single one Piece Rests, Or Two point Rest?

Ok guys, EBR is approaching and I have noticed in the past you see everything from bi-pods and shoulder rests, to one piece rests, to very elaborate front adjustable rests with rear sand bags. What do you prefer to use for your most accurate shooting? Why?

Myself I use a SEB NEO with a typical rear bag. The reasons I went with the SEB NEO

Coaxial rest. Invaluable for shooting a sighter than quickly moving to shoot for score.
It's build to last, with proper care should last a lot longer than I will live.
Very well engineered and built with "old world" craftsmanship.
It's a mechanical work of art.
Solid as a rock, stays where you put it.

I have the Caldwell Rock BR Competition front rest and a Caldwell rear bag for shooting paper targets off my bench other then that its all bipods for just shooting gongs and such off the bench.

I use a Randolph for my front rest and a Edgewood rear bag. It is fast, easy and accurate to operate.

For plinking away in the backyard, I use an Atlas 5-H.

They aren't cheap but for me, they are well worth the extra expense.

It has a three point holding system and very comfortable when shooting on a bench. Tried all sorts of bag combinations, but needed too much adjusting for each shot, usually.
