I got the bacon idea from Ted and it tastes Fantastic! Not dry at all and the rabbit doesn't actually taste like bacon. The only drawback is,along with the rest of my diet,if I'm not careful...my cholesterol is gonna be up in the 4 digits. The other day I cut myself shaving and the only thing that came out was grease.

I've been cooking for more years than I prefer to mention and once I started using my POWER pressure cooker XL (no affiliation) I wondered how I ever lived without it! The meat gets to tender to stay together if you let it cook just a couple of minutes too long! Definitely something to try if you haven't yet! It'll tame the toughest meat on the planet guaranteed. It also infuses whatever you put in the pot into the meat. brown it first and rock and roll!

I'm not a medicine man but I have a home mad medicine to help you drop your colesterol, just slice egg plant and soak in the water for a day and drink the water all day long try for a week or two just replace the eggplant every two days. run another blood test after that and let us know. when you see the results you gonna cheat you diet even more lol
