AV Booster not pumping...Help?!

I didn't read all the posts. Have you checked for a resistor in the hose attachment. Not knowing your tank and assuming your charging with the double mail fitting, the
tank end ( for lack of another descriptive term) may and probably does have a restrictor screw in the fitting. This prevent too fast a filling for the gun. It also will restrict your filling speed. It is usually a very small allen screw.

Thanks for input. The problem is a bad booster, it is being fixed at AV right now. If the problem was the hose or tank restrictor, something that has not been a problem before, the booster would simply reach max pressure and pop off. I'm hoping to have the unit back any day now and report on performance at that time.

I want to give an update on this thread. I received the unit back a couple of weeks ago, but have not been able to use it yet because of “didn’t need it & already had air” but I used it today. Unit is working fine. Was able to bring my Omega 75 up to 4K psi. from about 2900. Didn’t really time it, but I think all in all was just about 1.5 hrs. So far, so good. Thank you all for your advice. Will update if anything goes wrong. Otherwise, please assume that everything is working OK.
