AoA is Rock Solid

I have several items that AoA went above and beyond on for me.

1. I purchased a Daystate Wolverine B HiLite .22 for my wife in October. It was one that was taken to EBR for guest shooters and sold as used (LNIB). It arrived a couple of days after ordering and it is beautiful. One afternoon when I was shooting it, I heard a hiss coming out of the breech area. I called AoA and spoke to Darren. Even though I had purchased the rifle 15 days before, Darren told me they would pay to ship it back.

2. Even though I have been a pain in their backside with my regular calls to find out when they would get their FX regulators in, everyone I spoke with over the past month (Jared, Brad, Darren, Kip, and Shane) was very helpful and never presented attitude no matter how often I badgered them.

3. They received the shipment from FX with the regulators earlier this week and I purchased one from them. I made arrangements to take my Bobcat in today and Shane took the time on a Saturday to install the regulator before the shop closed. I live about three hours away and made the trip specifically for the install and to pick up the above mentioned Wolverine B.

4. I took my Royale 500 with me today because I had an issue with the trigger and not being able to cock it. After Shane finished with the Bobcat, he looked at the Royale and said that the trigger needed adjusting and took care of it right then. I tried it when I got home and it is like butter.

It may take waiting on hold or waiting on a callback, but it is well worth it. AoA has gone above and beyond what was necessary to take care of my issues and I appreciate that level of service. Thank you very much and I look forward to my next visit to the shop.
