I have this issue with my camera and/or editing software too.....
I have a Casio Exilim EX-ZR 200 and use Adobe Premiere on a Mac.
It may only be this unique combination of things that causes this problem
I believe the problem exists in between Adobe Premiere and the original video's audio, because I can export the video's audio as a separate file using a third party program and it is just fine.
What I do then is import the original video with audio and new audio file into Premiere,
then I align them up and delete the audio portion from the original video leaving only the video portion which is synced up to the new audio...
If you know editing you will understand this hopefully if not it will sound like a crazy gibberish...
Does any one else have this problem?
or a Problem with there audio, when they go to watch there Exilim's videos?
