Another Airgun Squirrel hunt (Video) Kalibrgun style

"Wingman"Another nice vid buddy, great footage of the hawk too.. What species of hawk was it? I looked a lot like a falcon?
Thank you my friend! To the best of my knowledge it is what we call a Broad winged Hawk. What's super amazing about them is they travel from way up here in Maine all the way down to South America to spend the winter there. It's like 4000 miles or so. If i'm not mistaken their accuracy is like within a mile of their previous journey.

"KYAirgunner"Exziver,
Awesome Video love it. I have a question for you. Which scope do you prefer more your SWFA Ss 3-15 or your hawk sidewinder scope?
KYAirgunner,

Okay, If I had to choose one. It would be The SWFA. But not by a long shot. No Pun intended :). As much as I like the first focal plane scopes, at times it is nice to be able to adjust the magnification to tailor your mil dots for different ranges with a SFP scope. For Powder Burners... Hands down SWFA all the way! Airguns... I'm very happy with either scope.

Thanks Exziver, so if you where going to buy another scope of either of the two. Would you go with the hawk because its cheaper? Or would you get another SWFA because its overall better even though its more expensive?

KYAirgunner,

To the best of my knowledge, my next scope will be another SWFA... Believe me, I don't want to take anything away from Hawke because I have had great luck with them. Well.......Not totally true and I'll be honest with you. I did have one that the elevation turret screw from the factory was defective and I tried to loosen but the threads were all galled up. I was horrified because the scope was amazing. All I wanted to do was set my zeros on the turrets. Probably a freak accident from the company.
