I ordered a Omega compressor from AoA and was notified that they were out of stock shortly after I placed the order. I'm hoping to return home (Baja) in 2 weeks and notified AoA that I needed the compressor before I leave. They got right back to me and said they couldn't guarantee that they could ship the compressor in that time frame. and would refund 100% of the deposit. Now that is good customer service! Many companies I've dealt with would not refund a deposit and would string out responses. AoA answered my e-mails quickly. I will continue to place my orders with them. Thanks AoA!
