Just wanted to give a quick shout about the excellent customer service I've received on multiple occasions from AOA. Just ordered the Daystate Regal XL and Brad not only was able to answer all 7 of my questions very quickly, but also take my order. I've had the same results with all of the AOA employees I've spoken with, even when I had a problem with some replacement parts I had ordered.
