So I placed an order online 18 hours ago and was charged $1,263.22 at the time of the order but I had asked a question about whether I needed extra connectors for my gun that I had ordered and another that I have, for the Airtank that was part of the purchase.
This morning I received notification that my order had been put on hold until I had spoken to someone about this but also the Kral gun which I thought was in stock (or at least it showed it was) and a moderator was out of stock.
Remember, I had been charged and my card debited at the time that I placed of the order - $1,200.22.
Fast forward to later today. I called at 4 to 4:20pm and spoke to Ruth about the changes to my order. I changed the Kral synthetic to the Marine. Cancelled the moderator for the FX Wildcat and added two male quick connects. This came to a total of $1,203.72. I thought that I would be credited the difference. Makes sense right?
Well. I get a msg from my bank tonight saying that my account is overdrawn. WTF??? I had or should have had at least $1000 left in there. So I check my account and to my surprise and utter amazement, there are 2 withdrawals from AIR GUN DEPOT. LLC.
One for the previous online lodged purchase for $1,263.22 (@ about 3am) and another for the new updated order of $1,203.72. (@ about 4:30pm today shop time)
I've emailed them about this so hopefully this will get sorted out first thing in the morning but what I want to know is how AIR GUN DEPOT. LLC. could, on the same order number, double charge me?
Doesn't your system say that it's already been paid??? I should have just been credited back the difference. That is a credit of $59.50
There is no way that I should have been charged a second time!! And now the bank is going to charge me for being overdrawn!!
AND I AM OUT OF POCKET BY $1,263.22 !!
I am very angry right now and most definitely not impressed.
This was my first ever dealing with AIR GUN DEPOT and at this stage will probably be my last.
I had initially filled my basket at the Pyramid Air but changed my mind at the last minute because of Air Gun Depot carrying or at least selling the FX Rings and the FX Moderator that I need for my Wildcat Pyramid Air don't carry.
I so wish I hadn't now. Pyramid Air had everything else that I wanted instock, including the Kral Synthetic.
Has anyone else had this happen to them in their dealings with AIR GUN DEPOT?? Is this a regular occurrence??
