Could someone tell me how to increase the output pressure of my air Venturi regulator from 2900 to 3300 PSI?

That'll be tricky. Not hard but you want exactly 3,000psi on the dot? ( Nah ).
What is your sweet spot for the rifle? I have "3,000psi" rigs that have sweet spots from 1,600-2,900psi.
Or your regulated and just looking for another shot or two?
Just a matter of getting the shims right. Search here or google, maybe shimming a regulator ( you might add Ninja before reg for good hits).
You will need a reg checker.

Basically I just want to be able to fill my bobcat to about 3300 psi with my little 90ci backpack bottle. Right now it's only filling to 2800 psi...
