Yep they taste real good ,but you need to cook them real slow,i shoot them.with nv and also a rifle.mounted torch..dont do nothing with the furs

Yep im in uk..
Just soak them in saltwater for 24 hours a little garlic,salt n pepper ,oh and sont forget some bay leaves and thyme
