Can't wait to shoot it. I hope it shoots as good as it looks. I think it looks badass. Haha...pardon my french.

The cost of the Ronin is $185. The FX Crown adapter is $50. Not inexpensive but "Silence is Golden". Haha

The crown has a factory cap on the end of the barrel. See the picture below.

Replace the factory cap with the adapter from Donny. See the picture below.

Then the LDC screws on this. If you want to take the Ronin off then there is a cap from Donny that screws on the adapter so that you don't need to take the adapter off.

I like the looks of Donnys cap even better than the factory cap if the LDC is not on the gun.

Hope this information helps.

It is my experience that the same LDC on my .25 Crown does affect the POI, even with the shroud retracted.

Its also possible that accuracy is affected, but I'm not ready to swear to that as I was experimenting with a different shooting technique.

The bottom line iis that if you use one it would be best not to extend your shroud, and to always leave the ldc on when shooting.

The sound suppression with the shroud retracted and the ldc attached is pretty close to having the shroud extended without the ldc, maybe a tad more quiet.

Donny offers a smaller ldc that might not affect the POI nearly as much, and I may be testing that out. The suppression won't be as good of course, but might be worth a try.
