X Hunting Log 2017

Figured I would make a log thread of my harvest

This was the first squirrel of 2017. Used my .25 Hatsan Bullboss. Unfortunately, for whatever reason shortly afterward, the bull boss just started spraying and I can't no onger group my shots. Very disappointing since I just got the gun, brand new, back in Nov. I've made a warranty claim to HastanUSA, so waiting on them to respond.
Anyway, I've been wanting to reduce their number from my property, so I built a feeder, and set up a "hunting blind" under the deck.

With the Bullboss acting up, I had to switch to my most accurate gun, .25 Armada. However, this is not a hunting gun, so it was a pain trying to be stealthy with this piece of artillery......but, the end result was a twofer

Woke up this morning to see a bunch of activity in the backyard, so I quickly got dressed and grabbed the .22 Discovery

Took the 3 I harvested this weekend and making a large batch of Jamaican curry stew in the slow cooker

Thank you, Tom. As much as my wife loves to cook, she won't touch the games I bring home, so its all me when it comes to cooking it. That's alright because I enjoy cooking , especially the things I've harvested.
