The starlings are coming in early this year. I thought I had more time to gear up for the battle this year. I need a FX Crown .22 to put it to them. These other two guns are outstanding but overpowered for my needs. I would like to trade gun for gun.
I have a .22 Brocock Sniper Magnum. It has the 6 way power selector and shoots just like the AEAC review. I was amazed that I didn’t have to adjust my scope for POI between the different pellets at different power levels. The JSB 25 gr at high power hit at the same point as the JSB 18 gr at level 4. I turned it down to low and the GTOs hit at the same spot. Super convenient to not have to adjust between the different pellet weights and power levels. Granted, this was only at 25 yrds but it was unlike any other gun I have tried. I stuck with the 25 grainers and smacked ALOT of ground squirrels this summer. 2 mags and everything that came with it new. Original owner.
I also have a .25 Daystate Air Ranger Tactical for trade. I got this one in on trade and have really enjoyed it. It has a few upgrades and goodies. Rowen trigger, airstream moderator, extra shroud with 1/2x20 threads, 2 mags, leather bottle cover. Simple and sturdy but I already have my .25 “needs” covered.
