Will one alan screw be enough to secure it ?

I wanna mount this laser, in this position, and not remove the front sight.IF, I cut (The upper ring portion down)

to 1"(looking at it left to right) will 1 alan screw be enough to keep it solid to the barrel ? Its a semi & full auto blow back CO2 BB gun...........thanks

Put a little lock tite on the one screw and go for it. Only using it will tell you if it works. I grew up where we had Rice rats on the canals.we'd walk them at night with a small spot lite and shoot across the canal. A scoped 22 4X...this was 50 years ago!

That lazer would of been a kick, we were shooting maybe 30' across.

Looking good. Looks like it all worked out for you. The Loctite suggestion is a good idea, it sure can't hurt. Let us know how it works out after some real duty shooting.
