That's a plus I'm still saving and stashing in my piggy bank when I priced the total setup bobcat it was 36 hundred bucks

It'll get about the same shotcount as the Boss, since they're both regulated and only have a 20cc difference in their air tanks."bobby"I really really like the bobcat for its short bullpup stock and the impact is awesome I was just curious about the shot count on the impact
I noticed how you said pumping sucks. It does, I have to do it too. But what if you didn't have to pump, instead you could use a compressor. That's what I'm gonna get. I'm getting the Omega Super Charger from Airguns of Arizona. Yeah, it's $1800, but it's gonna make my airgun life so much easier. I figured if I'm going to get serious about airgunning, I'd better get a compressor. I can't wait till I save enough $ to get it! Plus, even though that's not the cheapest pcp compressor, it has so many safety features, which are essential when dealing with high pressure air."frambonian"For what it is worth, I purchased a new FX Bobcat MKII .25 about a month ago and previously had only been shooting ~$200-$300 springers, in the air gun world. Holy moly. The Bobcat is extremely precise. I am sure the .30 is great. But the .25 is a serious slug of pellet in my opinion. I stayed away from the .30 as I wanted more shots per fill. My goal was to have something I could shoot 40-50+ shots out of before having to refill. Something I could take to a farm or two and clear out a couple barns of pigeons without having to pump. I bought the latest and greatest Hill pump and it is a great pump, but pumping sucks. LOL
I have not given the gun a chance to get to the 40-50+ shot mark yet but once I have some home remodel projects wrapped up, I will be doing so and setting up the chrony.
In short, I have smacked a woodchuck and a couple of squirrels so far and the impact damage is significant. I would classify it as catastrophic. .25 or .30.....you will be in love. The FX gun is very expensive, but even after owning one for only a month, it is worth the money. I own some pretty nice long range firearms as well, some that cost less and some that cost more than the Bobcat. I am totally happy with my purchase and my only concern is running out of targets! I waffled for some time about making such an expensive air rife purchase....now that it is done, no regrets.
Best of luck to you on your new purchase!!
