What settings for crown .25 for birds (Pest)

I'm looking to take out some starlings that have infested the area.

I'm in Canada, so I don't get the shroud. I would like it be as quiet as possible.

I'm most likely within 50M and shooting 25.39 gr

What would your suggestions be?

Cannot tell you the setting because my crown arrives next week. However as you know little birds little energy needed. From my 12 fpe .177 days for instance , a rabbit headshot only needs 1.6 ft lbs to kill, side or back preferably. I would wind it back as much as possible , get the right zero , mil dot scope helps. Biggest noise of course is pellet smack. If gun is harmonised as Ted says should be quieter too. 
There are some very silly regulations around the Nations of this planet. In France airguns with silencers fine but not PB 's . But you can easily buy a black powder gun, revolver or rifle. Must look a litlle denuded without the shroud. If you shoot static or prone maybe shoot from within a hide.

Juice, for the 25.39 I am using 177/22 with a b setting. That sends the pellets in the 870 FPS range. My regulator is at around 135. If I am shooting past 40-50 yards is shoot the Heavies on 25/30 with the power wheel on max. Wind does a job on the 25.39s at longer distances.

I'my trying to be as quiet as I can and still have accuracy. 

I have mine on 177/22 and max.. before I read your pots. I will try the "b" settings to see if it quiets it down.
