What a great package to win! As an ole man who does not get the chance to shoot as much as I used to, I can think of many uses for this package, rodent control, opossums, ground squirrels and a little larger animals within range would be history! And as a target tool, outstanding!

In my humble opinion the smooth twist X barrel is definitely a leap forward in the right direction for airgun barrels. This will be an excellent hunting airgun that I'm sure will be loved for many years to come! Great R&D FX!!

I always wanted to buy a Wildcat. But I want a .25 bullpup and the Mk1 us 890 mm long - too much for a bullpup in my opinion.
Now with the new shorter and better Mk1, I'd love to get me one - perhaps the Compact version.

My several friends that orgered WildCat in Russia claimed that they've got 5-7 Joules version, and to get full power they had to order additional parts for 100 Euro from FX. It this standard practice for FX?

With the JSB 25's, did the X barrel shoot any better than the ST barrel? I wonder what some heavier pellets and a little tweaking could do?

I love FX rifles, I own the bobcat and impact and couldnt be more impressed. A friend of mine owns the wildcat and a streamline both lasers.I have shot both of his guns and love them both.

Thank you Steve for that excellent review of the FX Wildcat Mk2. Obviously, this gun is accurate and consistent. I appreciate that you showed us how to remove the liner and re-install it. Looks like FX has done it again!
