The Man, the Myth, the Legend...

Mr. Ernest Rowe of FX Airguns!

Sure he can be pretty laid back...

But he's a heck of a shooter

And he's always got something up his sleeve!

I hope Mr. Ernest Rowe gets a chance to look over this thread. I would like to thank him and FX for all those Masterclass series.

When you shoot a lot you will need to do maintenance on your airgun. Those videos demystifies the whole process of taking your gun apart and allowing you to keep it running as it was designed to do, and then some. Thank You Very Much!

I talked to him for the first time about a month ago over the phone. He didn’t know who I was, and I asked the FXUSA receptionist to put him on the phone. As soon as he answered “hello, this is Ernest” I asked him “anong ginagawa mo?” Which is “whatcha doing?” in Tagalog, the native language for the Philippines. He replies back “who is this?!” I started laughing, and introduced myself and told him I came over to the USA from the Philippines back in 1973 at 11 years old. He chuckled and said I was the first fellow Filipino airgunner he has ever met. We had a good laugh and a good short chat. I kept it short as I know he’s swamped with work and I’m respectful of his or anyone’s else’s time.

One of these days, I’d like to meet the legend in person, over some San Miguel beer and balut, lol

No balut for me, thank you!

I'll agree that Ernest is the man! His knowledge of all guns, not just FX, astounds me. Smart move by FX bringing him aboard. He's done so much for our community that he's a rock star in my book!

Edosan, you know I love you man.... you’re a close second! Number one in South America for sure!!!

Thank you Ernest!
