Tuning Tensions, pressures, Shot count, consistency

So I made a thread last month about my brand new .25 Dreamline tac 600mm.
(THIS IS ALL WITH 25.39GR JSB/JTS)
I'm currently at 108bar, about 1.5 turns on the internal, 20 on the HT Wheel 3 positions shy of max. Getting 861(865)868 and about 45 shots per fill on my 230bar/290cc tube...
Next jump on the wheel is 884(890)893, then MAX (23) is in the 906-924 neighborhood. Am I correct in the assumption the best tune would be the best balance of accuracy, consistency, shot count, while painting the lowest pressure possible? I've found with the current tune settings 19 and 20 being between 845-853.. my "850" setting and 861-868 at 20 being my "865"setting give me at 50yards Altoid, to Nickel size groups CtC. Is it possible to get more efficiency and higher consistency at a higher reg setting? Or is what I've found the Greenest the grass is going to get or the greenest I should want it to get.

@at 860-865 and a 44y zero I'm shooting half mil or less holdover/under from 18-55 yards and 4.2mils to 100 with 25.39gr JSB and JTS.

There is no real need for more than 42fpe if my intentions are Pigeon/squirrel/starling/house sparrow within 125y.. is there?

I tune my guns in the same manner you have yours tuned. In my experience when you shove reg pressures well above what you need to obtain your target velocity the ES and STD deviation go heck and that bothers me. However it may produce really good accuracy at 45 yards.

I zero at 44 for 2 reasons. I have 3 PRIME locations at my main pesting spot where the sparrows, pigeons and starlings FA AND FO. One happens to be exactly 18.5y from my murder hole, one is 44-47 depending which joist they perch on and the last is 55.1- near 60 depending which branch. 18 and 44 are identical in elevation.. 10 is .28mil h/o, 15 is .8mil h/o 18-45 are exactly dead hold zero. 60 is .9 at 860fps. 2 weeks ago now. One sideshow mag, 14 rounds fired 13 pests deleted. The results are constant. And directly correlate to my element app and Anemometer. I've slightly re adjusted to 109bar, 18 on the wheel, getting a 41 shot average of 857.2 SD of 3.7fps and Exteme high of 863.4 and extreme low of 851.9. I think I'm in the "Preferred Groove"
