HI, guys. I am moving on to a new airgun project — so I need to raise a bit of capital. Hence, I am selling my beloved FX Wildcat (and replacing it with a Crown).
It just so happens that I am also the inventor of the little clamshell device that allows you to store up to three magazines in the Wildcat’s stock. I have literally sold hundreds of these. So you get one of those too, and of course three magazines!
Not much to say about this gun that has not already been said. It is the smoothest cycling, most compact, most accurate and highest quality gun I have ever owned (powder burner or airgun).
This gun is in excellent shape. There are no major scratches or blemishes anywhere. Imagine a gun being lovingly used from a bench rest and then carefully stored in its FX case. Rinse. Repeat. That is the life story of my gun. Never hunted with it in the woods, never shot it in the rain. Just benchrest shooting with my two kids.
The thing repeatedly shoots very small groups just as you would expect. Its favorite is the JSB Exact 18 Heavies in 5.53. That’s the pellet that produced the groups here. And these are not hand picked groups. I literally only had about 15 pellets left in my last tin of JSBs in 22. I shot a few sighters and then shot the two 5 shot groups you see here. They are representative of what the gun shoots.
What you get:
FX Wildcat Mk1 in 0.22
3 magazines
My magazine holder (installed in stock)
FX Airguns hard case
All original paperwork from AoA
Asking $950 (flexible) for the list above but without the scope or bipod. I ship very fast and only accept Paypal (Friends and Family). PM me if you are interested, but leave me your cell (so we can talk by text to answer any questions you may have). Thanks for considering this cool gun.
On top of the gun (not included) I have a Sightron SII target scope with the dot reticle. The model number is SII624X42D. It is a 6-24x mag scope with a 1” tube. I will have a separate listing for this, but if you buy them together I am happy to give you a bit of a discount. Scope’s clarity is superb and its reticle is amazing for target shooting. I mean look at the groups I can shoot with this combination! I am asking $350 for it. I have already verified all ranges and added a detailed range finding strip on the focus ring.
