Had a buddy bow kill a whitetail in Indiana with four white legs this is a pie balled for sure. As for around here i have seen way more albinos 20+ killed than pie balled 2.
We see a couple piebald every year here in md. The crazy thing I saw last year and of course no camera was a all black whitetail deer. Ive never saw one before it was down in Montgomery county near poolesville. After talking to few people apparently I'm not crazy they do exist.

I've read that this occurs about once in every 20,000 animals. I'd say you were fortunate to encounter one. Usually you'll see it repeated in a local herd as the gene gets passed from generation to generation. Here in RI I'm aware of at least two separate herds with the piebald gene showing up every now and again. Here's a little info / video on the topic:
