First off, I understand how many would sour at the price ($1660 OTD). But man, this thing is everything I hoped it would be. With the first two sections fully extended (this model only) for fast deployment, it brings the top of the ball head to sternum height for me (6 feet tall). Which is perfect for standing or sitting on the tailgate. If I extend the bottom section 6-10 inches I can comfortably shoot at a steep incline. It’s almost effortless to lock on target and rock solid doing so. The build quality is excellent. Only had it for a couple weeks, will update if anything more to add.
