Ring height for daystate regal?

What height rings are you guys using? Going to order a set of BKL 30mm rings to mount an SWFA 10x42 on my regal and am wondering if I should get the low or standard height? Not using a magazine so no worries about clearance there but I am wondering that the low rings might put the scope to close the the bolt handle when it is in the up position and make it difficult to cock the gun? I used the low BKL 30mm rings on my s510 and they were perfect but that was obviously a sidelever action...

I used high rings on my regal was perfect

I have BKL 1” double strap rings on my Regal XL and a Hawk Vantage 4-16x44 scope. The combo works very well. Below are the ring dims and pic of my setup. Let know if you have any others questions.

Thanks, I ordered a set of the standard BKL size which I think are a little taller then yours. Mine are 30mm. I know that the low rings would work but was worried about having enough clearance for the bolt when cocking the gun.
