YC We have officially hit the maximum number of shooters we can handle safely and effectively.
We stopped taking registrations today at 108 shooters. Kevin Yee is the last registrant accepted. In order to let the registration go this far we have had to carve two extra lanes and reprint the score cards for the match.
The match will now be 16 lanes each on two separate courses. Each course will also have a chronie station and a hospitality station stop which still allows us to keep everything at 3 man squads.
We have also gotten an exception that will allow sight in shooting as early as 8:00 am on the mornings of the matches.
Matches will start promptly at 9:00 am on Saturday and Sunday. Lunches will be scheduled between 2:30 and 4:00 pm each day.
