My Air Arms S510 has a leak.

If it is just a leak, you could do it yourself though.

The S510 has been around for awhile. There's a lot of videos and "how to's" online. You just have to do a little research. Eventually, you're gonna blow an o-ring or seal. It's the nature of PCPs'. It's much more rewarding when you know how to take your airgun apart and reseal it.

If it's leaking at that proprietary Air Arms fitting a couple of quick bursts of air while filling it may fix it. Need to know more details about exactly where you got your leak. Yo!

I'm not sure where it is leaking from. I put a balloon over the fill connector ( had it switched to a foster fill adapter). And one over the barrel. So it's not leaking at the fill,or through the valve I guess. Its a slow leak.

Yup the manometer would be my next guess. If you're lucky maybe just a tiny bit more snug could work. If not I would use pipe thread Teflon taoe on the threads and check the o-Ring or delrin disc (forgot which one on the AA) flip it around while you're at it. Yo!

One thing I don't like about the AA S5 is the power adjuster that gets canted too easily if you tighten the grub screw a bit too much.

So I finally got time to check for an air leak. Put some soapy water on the 2 joints on each side of the valve. Didn't see any leaks. Can't really get to the top side where the bolt housing sits. Tried to do soapy water around the air gauge, didn't see any leak. But not sure how effective that was. Kind of hard to get it in there. I did put a wrench on it and it seems tight. When I started to fill it air would just flow out the barrel. I cocked it then it would hold air. Is this normal?

Poppet leaking when not cocked, the Hammer spring is pushing on the poppet, cocking it relieves the pressure of the hammer spring. Normal? but it happens. Just to make sure it's not the fill port valve, put some Silicone oil in the Hose on your filler device, about 5 drops should be good and fill the gun with air, blowing the oil into the gun and valve, then see if that solves the leak problem, sometimes O-rings get dry and need lubrication.
