Maximum pressure safely

If a component is rated at 3,000 PSI, then that should be your safe working limit. Theoretically, can it withstand pressures greater than the rating? Almost assuredly...but is it worth the risk to find out? Just like your 4,500 PSI tank is certified at pressures exceeding 4,500 PSI...I wouldn't consider putting 5,000 PSI in it on a regular working basis.

I've said it before, high pressure air is nothing to be trifled with. Be safe!
