Marauder carbine (P-rod)

If you scroll down you will see the specs, there is a button to download the parts diagram. You can email or call with the parts you want/need. You'll notice how interchangeable everything is with crosman. Thats probably the number one reason I like them so much, their customer service is pretty hard to beat. I've orders complete guns in just parts, I think they are the only airgun company that will do that

My Prod was my 1st PCP. I absolutely love it! I keep buying other PCPs only to find myself going back to the Prod. I also have a 1300kt and my Prod out performs it by far. If you like your 1300kt you’ll love the Prod. I think everyone should own one. I put a 4-16x40 scope on it also the Ar stock adapter with a TKO and that’s it. I can hit 2” steel all day at 50 yards and 1” 6 out of 8 shoots. I’m sure someone better then myself could do better. I say just get one you’ll be happy you did.

Ok, I found a sweet deal on a P-rod, and I found a Benjami hand pump on Amazon for 45.00 less than anyone else has it listed.

Also scored a Hawke Vantage 3-9x40AO to go on it.

I have a variety of transfer ports from other projects laying around, so looking forward to a Thursday delivery. I'll shoot it stock to break it in, then I will decide if I need more punch. Squirrel busting out to 50 yards is all the energy I require, but enough speed to make up for sketchy range estimation is also required.

I know with the 1300KT if I misjudge the range by 4 yards I'm likely to miss.

Prod is one of the best guns i have had for short range shooting (up to 30 meters) is my rat slayer

Congrats! If your not familiar, do a little research on the bstaley oring mod/ buffer. Helps flatten the shot string.

I also use the bstaley and have a regulator installed. Though mine if the rifle not pistol. See if the pistol has the lawyer spring on the trigger like the rifle. Removing it will soften up the first stage. Its a free mod and would be the first thing I do along with the o-ring mod. Then go from there. Stronger hammer spring and opening up that transfer port and even the barrel port for example.

I have 5 of the P-rods, from bone stock to modified, the first one I purchased , was a total piece of crap, purchased used with a scope, paid way too much, sent it to Citrus Air, Mike installed a 20 inch barrel & tuned it , I was in a bike accident while it was being modified, tore my left rotator cuff, & never really shot it more than a couple of mags, my bone stock one is really accurate, & I have 3 with lother Walter barrels, drilled ports & heavy H/springs, the last one I got has a 12 # h/spring, & very hard to cock, but will shoot in the high 800's, one of these days in the spring early summer I have a JSR valve I will install in one of them, just have to decide which one.

I have 10 airguns based on based on 1720T/Prod based platform. Standard tubes, double tubes, long tube, and two pistols 1701P tube.

24 shots @ 16FPE is very doable with minor parts: TP opened to 0.110", slightly heavier hammer spring and o-ring buffer

I'm not aware of any production drop in barrel, in the length you want. .

20" Mrod barrel will fit prod with minor work. Some new flats on the barrel and a little off the breech end to line up TP and fit the mag.

Once crosman releases the schematic for the fortitude, can cut barrel to length and recrown. ie it doesn't have a choke.

A 14" barrel may fit within the existing shroud by just cutting off part of the AS/spacer. Add a LDC.
