looking for a zip tie style clamp for S/F scope

some one was selling them pretty cheap on one the forums a couple years ago ,& I lost the info, it was plastic & had a knob to tighten it up, jut looking for a cheap easy fix for a tight s/focus adjustment , thanks in advance
