Longer than usual order times?

Hey guys, are any of you experiencing longer than usual delivery times? I ordered the Diana Chaser package from PA a week ago, yet it hasn't even shipped yet. I did e-mail them, and they replied they are having issues getting orders out due to the Corona Virus thing. Does this seem right?

I have never ordered from them before, and am just curious if any of you have had good or bad experience from them on your orders.

I ordered a shotgun from Budsgunshop almost three weeks ago and still hasn’t shipped. They sent an email last week saying they’re trying to process over a million orders.

Yep I’ve had orders take one day to about a week before they ship. Most shops are delayed due to adjusted days and hours they’re open and if they even have a full staff. At least they’re still open!

Yea , I just posted on this last week. Shipping times are roughly doubled.

Okay, thanks guys. I have never ordered from them, and was wondering if they had a reputation for being slow. Sounds like all is normal...thanks again.

My pellet order with PA was 15 days to my door, only 2 days with Fedex. They are usually much much faster under normal conditions about 4 to 5-day total turnaround in my experience.

My last order from PA took a while, they said they apologize and that they are working with a skeleton crew and higher volume of customers. Longtime customer and they’ve always been great, I’m glad they even remained open through this fiasco. So, just be patient, it’ll get shipped as soon as they can.

They are taking extra precautions because of the virus. Boxes are being wiped before shipping. Returns sit aside for 2 days before being opened, as recommended. They are limiting staff to avoid crowding. 

It takes extra time, but we are safe. It's smart, really. We don't want them to pose a risk and be shut down.

Normal this days, ordered some pellets from AD over a week ago and they didn't shipped yet, but I did received email from them few days ago saying that they overwhelm and mine order will ship soon.

Yep my PA order sat there for two weeks. I emailed them and order came three days later. The smaller suppliers got my orders to me on time as usual. Bill

Everybody is slow. Even Amazon Prime 2 day shipping is taking 3 or 4 days just to ship out of the warehouse. very frustrating, but that's the state we are in today.

It took PA 10 days to pick my order for some pellets and a bipod. Didn't reply to my questions about my order. I was within 1 day of canceling and ordering somewhere else. It is scheduled to arrive Tuesday.

PA seems to be the slowest for handling right now however if you order from them through ebay they seem to ship right out. Consequenses for them thrpugh ebay if they don't.

Gun sales in general have tripled.

Yea I have been waiting for my first Airgun and the other accessories I got along with it from Online, Airgun Depot, and the small pellet trap arrived last week and I am still waiting for the Airgun and the other things. I am so excited about the Airgun that everyday it isn’t here now is a bit disappointing lol. I realize that this is a first world problem and that they are working with a skeleton crew and In the future I will still ship there.

Wow, I haven't had the same experience. Ordered Pellets from PA the last two weekends. Picked Standard cheap shipping because I wasn't in a hurry. The first order was 4/12, arrived 4/17, second order was 4/19 arrived 4/25. Both orders went out within a day of placing the order. First was Fedex, and the second was fedex/usps. Either way PA did a great job. My order must have been at the right place at the right time.

Sorry to hear others are having issues.
