I don't own one but it looks like it's a air bleed screw, try tightening, if that doesn't work it may need a new seal. part # 121

Just solved the problem for 59 cents.
The oring at the end of the air tube connection to receiver was totally roached. All squared off and cracked.
Such an easy fix.

Just out of curiosity, how old is your gun? A friend of mine owned one of the first Vets, probably 5 years old. HIs gun stopped holding air and I replaced all his O-rings last winter.
