I need to order some more pellets and im gonna do the by 4 get 1 free deal at AoA and was wondering if i should buy the mk2 version or stick with the normal heavy ones? My gun is a taipan veteran .25 long if anyone has experience with those pellets in these guns, thanks.

Mine (25 Shorty) shoots the regular 25.39gr Kings like a LASER BEAM out even past 100 yards. Polymags are pretty good too.

The original ones are great. Haven’t tried the MKII. I’d get two of each and see which you works better for your gun.

Right, but you actually have to put 4 tins in your cart (like buying them) before they discount one of them - and it will be the least expensive one if you buy a variety. If you just put 3 tins in your cart and go to checkout, they will not add the 4th for free. Just clarifying.

Gotcha. Yeah I just purchased 13 tins to get the free shipping and used a 10% coupon. So I got 3 tins free. After taxes I ended up paying $13.54ea tin for .30 JSB’s normally $19ea.

for some reason my vetran isnt shooting 25g well at all only 33g, id rather shoot 25g but im not sure whats going, they are all over the place

Yea i think im gonna go ahead and buy the pellets in 25g and adjust my velocity when my chrony gets here, pretty sure my pellets are launching at 980+ fps according to utahairguns test card. How many shots are you gettingin your veteran at 880-900 avg fps?

IDK Maybe around 50-60 but mine is the shorty so yours has the longer barrel and air reservoir making it more efficient than mine. I just blast birds at 100+ yards with mine and really dont pay attention to shot count but a fill lasts like forever because every shot is an occasional POOFED birdie or 2 that's about it maybe 5-6 max per session they are ALREADY wise to me. I really don't like to waste ammo unless its CHEAP CROSMAN CPHPs from Wal-Mart.
