Iso 2240 valve pinning

I don't know why you would want pin the valve other than to stabilize it for accuracy purposes or to secure it for bulking the tube. Either way you would need to let the person know which you are doing. 

If you want to bulk/pressurize the tube this might werq for you.

Mountain air will do a shortened PCP tube with holes in it for you. Scroll way down to see it.

Cothran Machine has both the PCP tube and an absolutely awesome valve as well. These are the best you can buy. Looks like he is taking some time off for the holidays though.
