I made a post on 3/21 requesting information on how long delivery from T.W. Chambers in the UK took, from members that purchased from them. I placed my order on 3/20.
I have made many purchases from abroad and never had anything come so fast.
I made one order for two main springs and received an email and all the paperwork for that order. A couple hours later I realized I should have ordered two seals also and placed that order. I received an email stating that the order was processed but never received a tracking number for either order which the communication said I would.
The following morning I realized I screwed up and sent them an email asking if both orders could be sent together. Not only did they comply, they refunded my shipping cost for the one order AND refunded the Foreign Transaction Fee, which they didn't have to do with either..
I have to admit, I was a pain in the butt on this transaction and their cooperation was absolutely outstanding.
In addition to all this, I couldn't believe my eyes when I opened the mailbox yesterday, 3/27 and seen the envelope from the UK. Seven days from the UK to my door, amazing, absolutely amazing..
I am lucky though, the envelope was damaged and a sticker on the back stating, "RECEIVED IN DAMAGED CONDITION" and initials by someone. Nothing inside was damaged, just the envelope.
You have no idea how pleased I am with this transaction and will definitely deal with them in the future. I also sent them an email letting them know I was one happy customer.
I had to share this story because of the outstanding service I received from them after all the BS I caused. Thank You T.W. Chambers
