This is too funny, I checked my email and Crosman has shipped my euro and it should be delivered December 12th. They sent the email yesterday at 10:41 pm so they must be trying to get the Christmas batch out. Those sparrows will be in a world of hurt next week.

It might've just gotten lost in the cracks, somehow.

I'm not big on Crosman/Benjamin these days either. They do some things really well (NP2 power plant, after-sale customer service) but then cut corners on other things that are equally important. (consistent barrel quality, hollow plastic stocks)

Right. Call them. They can be a frustrating organization to deal with at times, but they generally take care of things in the end. They aren't perfect, but there are worse.

I am not sure I said this in the original post....I have called them 3 times before this last call.

I am talking to Kevin at Crosman, it seems they are trying to make things correct.....I will keep all updated.

Yup they shut down my thread there.....I said a naughty word I guess.

So over there I will not be able to update the status of this issue, Kevin at Crosman has been working with me and he is really trying to fix the entire mess.

Again we will see.

Well here is the update.....I ordered the gun again, Kevin at crossman is going to babysit the order and make sure it works without issues this time, we hope.

He talked about some swag begin added to the order, but I really don't want anything extra.....I just want what I ordered.....however as he offered I am going to ask if he can toss in two 2200a032 springs....ordering parts like this from crosman is a bit of a pain.....if he can't no biggie, but as he offered.

I will update the thread and try to change the title if/when everything is set right.
