Its a front fill.You have to let the pressure drop down quit a bit before you can take the dust plug out.Anybody try to take one apart?

Yes you can hold the cylinder when it's empty in a vice and open the front end which has quick fill and pressure guage.
Things will let you know themselves what you have to do next. There is a brass screw inside which you will open and there is a tiny O ring around a metal ring. Just replace this O ring with 70 shore O ring and reassemble in the reverse order.
You are done.

Calling Umair"well got the tube apart.One i fixed and the other stopped leaking out the fill port.But the small hole on the side,i think is a weep hole?air is coming out of it.I held my finger over the hole and the and the gauge cover poped off" so now im thinking that the gauge unscrews out of the plug?"O" guess what i checked on the price on a new tube $300 bucks""" dam i fugar how to fix this? thanks guy Willy

it will still be doable. Just look into it in an out of box manner. I cant pin point the solution at a distance.
