Hold off ? For wind

Wanted to shoot when I get home here in 30 minutes.....
How much hold off for a 55 yard target with a 19.5fpe pellet? Lol

Can you imagine trying to shoot a match in this?!?!?!

Strelok says about 7.5 mils for a 41 crosswind for my BRK Sniper .177 at about 18 FPE with a JSB 10.3 grain , otherwise known as the “ol curve ball”

Wow, I thought Wyoming winds were bad. I ended up building an indoor 10 meter range.

I can relate! Not much airgun shooting happening in the springtime at my place which has 10% to 20% more wind than in town.

Wind no fun, so nope no shooty, and hope I don't come off sounding snooty, thus for me ebiking does the double duty, yes time for foot to pedal put-y.

@DV Shifty, I lived in Laramie for 3.5 years and Casper for 6 months.....while windy in both places, Im pretty sure it's more windy at my place in northern AZ.

@steve123, yeah, I don't mind shooting in SOME wind, but many of the spring days are past the point of being educational and straight to 7.5mils of hold off ridiculousness.
