I have owned a Kalibrgun Cricket .25 for a few years now. As with other accurate guns, it is the nut behind the trigger. I mainly hunt dairies.100 yard hits are common place. DO NOT let anyone tell you the Cricket is not accurate. Out of the box my Cricket was HOT shooting 25.4 JSB`s at 945fps. I have lowered the velocity to 880fps and raised it back to 945fps. At 880fps I ALWAYS get pass through shots on ground squirrels. At 945fps, a connecting shot IS LOUD. Pigeons do not like this gun. Be it head, shoulder, or Texas heart shots, I HAVE NEVER RECOVERED A PELLET. The gun does its part. The shooter has to do his/her part. If I get bored, I mess with the hammer springs. I should leave well enough alone. Sometimes I just can not.
On a 250BAR fill, I get 48 shots (4magazines), of JSB 25.4`s @ 945fps. After 48 shots on a dairy, it time to head to the barn, and let the dust settle.
