Help !! Fx monsoon

I own an fx monsoon but im new to airguns, i try filling the air with a tank but it makes alot of noise and i think there must be a leakage, but i dont know if its from the gun or the hose connecting the gun to the tank. When i take the gun off theres still a little noise coming from the gun this time like its loosing air, and when i try and shoot i have to cock it every time for it to shoot and sometimes it does not even shoot, help me please!

Try cocking it before you fill it. The hammer may be resting on the valve and holding it open as you are trying to fill from empty. 

Edit: Jumped to conclusion before reading your whole post. The above probably doesn't apply to you if you are shooting it.

Try to work out where the leak is coming from, fill probe area? or the trigger end of the air tube?

Have you taken the gun apart at all? Is it second hand or new?
