FX slug liner

hello

i have post recently about my pellet and slug liners 

and someone ask me for pictures

i cannot fit the slug liner at all because of the size of OD I have 2 slug liners both doesn’t fit

All liners 600mm in 0.22 cal for FX IMPACT

i have notice there is a difference in Twist rates pellet gave me 1:19 i have test it with 18 gr in 50 yards 905fps groups tight

other 2x liners gave me 1:16 but they dont fit

How much larger diameter are the two that don't fit?

So they initally fit such that they are centered, but they won't push past the O-ring?

Have you contacted/notified the supplier ? That would be my first step. I wish I could help, GL.

Is that tape around the end of the liner?You might need to take that off to get it in Its a very precise fit

Try a little lube to help it side through the oring and turn it gently

i will make test for an NSA boattail 33gr soon

Also i have placed an order of NSA 23gr, 26gr, 28gr, 

i hope this small videos help

it seems like OD of liner needs polish

No tape just a red pen marker

Yea i have measure it few millimeters bigger with soft polish fixed

Holy smokes and gadzooks! a few millimeters? That seems like quite a bit for them to be out of spec. Are these new slug liners recently received or from some of the initial shipments?

I think a few mm was a bad estimate being he only had to polish the surface. He didn't mention having to actually remove material.

NSA boattail 33gr

To be fair the gun used not mine so i cannot make any adjustments 

its 33 ftp , 44 joules

Yeah, that's pretty low velocity.....those slugs are way heavy and may very well do better at faster speeds.

Hey guys maybe this has been answer before, but do you know if the slugs liners will shot pellets I'm just curious to know if you can have a liner that does it all.

Orion, I remembering reading that the slug liners shot the pellets very well. Good enough that a slug liner could do the double duty alone. Maybe someone else can verify what I'm saying.

i know that boattail wont do any good they dont fit the magazine 

waiting for NSA 23gr to compare

it shots JSB 18gr alright ... probably will do better with higher velocity
