FX Impact: Regulator Pressure Problem

I had a leak in my Impact and replaced the O rings in my Huma Regulator. That fixed the leak but now my Regulator Pressure Gauge and Bottle Pressure Gauge read the same. I cannot adjust the Regulator pressure and, when you remove the bottle, both gauges bleed off. I haven't been able to find any information on this problem, so any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi

If you disassemble your regulator internally to change the o-rings, it is possible that the belleville washers were not in their correct order-position and your regulator is not regulating.

Anyone had problem that his first shoot is out of the group, assuming there is problem with air. It doesnt look it leaks anywhere, but i notice every time i make first shoot in a row it shoots out completly, then it gets settle down, after few minutes problem comes back, so something with air, but i couldnt say from reading pressure. Any idea?
