will poi and accuracy changes if we rotate Shroud?!

My guess is the POI might change, but not accuracy. If you want to avoid rotating it, just rotate and lock it in place when you extend it. That way it should be in the same position every time.

There is a pin which indexes the crown shroud when extended. Rotating it off of that will shift your POI. Quite frankly, on my crowns, I simply moved the indexing point so that the shrouds can't extend at all and are locked fully rearward. I then mount a moderator to the muzzle, which is much more efficient at quieting the crown per unit length than the shroud. Hope that helps.
