They only sell the barrel kit. You need to pay the $400. No one sells just the shroud. You can call fx usa. But I doubt even them will see it. Why do you need a new shroud?

Because I have the Crown VP with the 500mm barrel and also have a 600mm pellet B liner that I would like to test on it.

Guess you can move the shroud 10 cm, but that alone wont hold the new pellet liner in place. For that you will also need the other parts in the barrel system.

Well, I also have an "extension" that is made to allow you to use a 600mm liner in a VP 500mm barreled Crown. So all I really need is the 600mm shroud?
What you're suggesting is moving part number B6 (19926 Shroudstop Crown) towards the muzzle enough to fit? I'll have to give that a try and see how it works. I just want it functional enough to do some testing.

Yes, that should work
. Note that you also can drop the shroud at mount a moderator/silencer directly on to the liner tension nut.

if all else fails, call FX directly. If t he shroud has a part number, they may sell it to you separately.866-639-0772

Thanks, I looked at that and it's not clear that an impact shroud will actually fit on a crown. I've sent off emails requesting clarification. If it will fit that is what I'm going to do.

Ohhh my bad, it was late and I missed the whole part about it being a Crown. I would contact Donny anyway and see what he can do.

I actually just attempted to purchase just the Crown shroud as I have a .177 kit that came on my dreamline and I wanted to put the .177 on the crown. FXUSA told me I had to buy an entire barrel kit. They also told me I should do that anyway because it is easier to swap kits rather than shrouds.
That irritated the heck outa me so i slipped the dreamline barrel, shroud and all in the crown just to see and it fits perfectly. I dont use the retractable shroud anyway so looks like i dont need it after all.
