** FIXED ** Replacement Stock ideas? Mendoza RM100

Great shooting .177 that literally fell broke in half (stock) during the break barrel cocking sequence.

It was a gift. Older rifle, little use but DEAD ON and powerful. Sights are great. you cant miss with this thing. Although a cheapo, its my favorite springer!

Any ideas where I can source a spare stock **OR** what other spring piston break barrel stocks may (or may not) fit?

I've attempted to contact the company, but no response after 3x attempts.

I'm ready to start disassembling other BB'ls in the garage to determine fitment / compatibility.
Any ideas greatly appreciated!
Best regards,
Scott

I’m an idxxt. I have the RM577 (not RM100).

I was at lunch during workday when I posted the orig request for assistance and got the model #wrong! I was about to ante up for that stock you referenced and figured I’d verify rifle type I actually have before doing so...

That stock is awesome. I’d totally buy it knowing this rifle is already a shooter and is worthy of its greatness.

Going to research compatibility between 577 and 100 models.

THANK YOU a million times over for the pointer!!
best regards,
Scott

The stock on the AOA used board is for a different brand of rifle-the Impact brand was an attempt to revive the Theoben style gas ram rifles and is not designed for your Mendoza. Try calling AOA or Pyramyd and ask if they have any replacement stocks lying around. It may cost more than you feel the gun is worth. Have you tried repairing the broken stock?

I love the Mendoza RM 100 it was my first Springer back in 95 and I still own it, well it's at my property in Mexico but I still have it. you are quite right it is dead on accurate i use to take out humming birds with that baby in my misbegotten youth, i literally put well over 10,000 shots true mine and it still shoots true. I'm sorry to hear that the stock broke naturally I recommend contacting the company since they are still in business and very much around but it sounds like you already tried that, so I recommend going to a local gun shop and asking them if they know any gunsmith in your area they should be able to make you a new stock it should not be too expensive unless you want something very nice and believe me for my Mendoza RM 100 id do it.

Wow!! Thanks to all for the advice and certainly for going out of your way to contact the company!!! That’s above and beyond and much appreciated.

i decided to endeavor in fixing the stock just yesterday. Began the process and it’s going well. Seams are still visible but I believe it will hold as I placed three sections of 3/8” all-thread into the stock in direction of grain, and glued pieces together (pita). I’ll post pics of the work when complete. Pretty happy thusfar

It was broken in two pieces at the wrist. Repair job is solid. It’s grouping about where I’d expect at 35yds coupled with my poor eyesight. Overall,
stoked.
