Fixed magnification recommendation

I have two scopes one 3 - 12 magnification and one 3 - 15 magnification, both SFP. When pesting I notice I always use the maximum magnification. So I’m thinking I’d like a really good fixed magnification scope (15X) would be great and if it could focus down to 15 yards I think that’s all I’d ever need. I’d appreciate any suggestions

I use SWFA 10 x 42 and I pest a lot at dairy farms.

SWFA 12X or 10X with side parallax 

The eyebox on 16X was not forgiving hated the one I had. Sent it back exchange for 12X. If had it do do again 10X with side parallax.

I use a Sightron SIII 10x42MMD on my Vulcan.

The optics are amazing and such that I don't ever feel the need for higher mag while pesting out past 100yds. Great turrets and the eyebox is huge. Easy recommendation.

Also have an Optisan EVX 10x44i on my heavily modified P15 and that, while nowhere near the Sightron is also a very good scope with significantly better image than the variable mag Optisans, and also easy to recommend especially at its price point. Very nice reticle too.

SWFA 10 OR 12X . They are my " Go To " Scopes . Huge field of view, flawless tracking , tough as a cheap steak .

I got rid off almost all my adj mag scopes and put SWFA fixed mag on my rigs love the 10X 12X, glass is great as well the tracking, solid turrets.

Dan, it’s a fixed power scope. FFP or SFP is not a factor since there is no zoom. FFP vs SFP only applies to scopes with variable magnification.

Hi guys, thanks again for all the great advice. I went with SWFA 10 x 42 to put on Huntsman Regal. SWFA is offering a terrific Labor Day sale package. Knowing that “it’s tough as cheap steak” sold me LOL.

I had to remove my 20x fixed SWFA, the wash out was horrible even after using filters and killflash. I thought I could get over it but it doesn't compare to Athlon for light gathering. I dont want to have a lower power scope. Just something to keep in mind if anyone is thinking about SWFA higher powered fixed scopes. I love the reticle and turrets.
